         Arvind Kejriwal was born on August 16th, 1968 in Siwani village Bhiwani District State of Haryana. His father and mother name is Sh. Gobind Ram Kejriwal and Smt. Gita Devi. His father Gobind Ram Kejriwal was an electrical engineer from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Arvind Kejriwal completed his schooling at the  Campus School in Hisar and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in 1989. After completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering, he joined Tata Steel. In 1992 he quit the Job and in the same year he cleared the Civil Services examination and joined the Indian Revenue Service. In 2006, he resigned from the post of Joint Commissioner in the Income Tax Department. In 1995, He is married to Smt. Sunita. She is 1993 batch IRS officer. In 2016, she took VRS from Income Tax Department on the post of the Commissioner. They have a son and a daughter.

       In November 2012, he laid the foundation of the Aam Aadmi Party & he defeated Smt. Sheila Dikshit former Chief Minister of Delhi from the New Delhi constituency by the margin of 25,864 votes in 2013 Delhi Assembly Elections. He took the oath as Chief Minister of Delhi for the first time in December 28, 2013 with the support of Congress party. In March, 2014, he contested the Loksabha elect ... ion against BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi from Varanasi constituency and lost the election with the margin of 3,70,000 votes. In 2015 Delhi Assembly Election, Aam Adami Party registered the victory with a huge margin of 67 seat out of 70 seat & on February 16, 2015, he became the Chief Minister of Delhi for the second time. In 2020 Delhi Assembly Election, Aam Adami Party again registered glorious victory won 62 seats claim clear majority in the elections & Arvind Kejriwal became third time Chief Minister of Delhi.
